For more than 25 years, Kimberly Bingham has been devoted to guiding growth and transformation — first in the corporate world, and now through the energetic and spiritual realms. Her life’s work has always centered on one overall purpose — helping others unlock their potential, awaken to their truth, and bring their light fully into the world.

As a former Director of Technical Leadership Development at Micron Technology and Global Learning & Development Manager at Intel Corporation, Kimberly cultivated the growth of thousands of engineers, scientists, and innovators across the globe. She built enterprise-level leadership programs, facilitated global leadership councils, and designed strategic learning initiatives that empowered others to think systemically, collaborate across boundaries, and bring visionary ideas into reality.

Earlier in her career, she led large-scale operational, communication, and development programs — experiences that strengthened her ability to see both the intricate details and the greater energetic patterns connecting people, purpose, and innovation. Her academic background in Psychology and Education (M.S., California State University, Sacramento) and certifications as a Design Thinking Practitioner and Coach deepened her understanding of human behavior, creativity, and the conscious systems that drive transformation.

While outwardly successful, Kimberly eventually felt a deep inner depletion — her worth tied to output, her energy scattered across endless demands. Answering the quiet call of her soul, she stepped away from that world and surrendered to a profound journey of healing and remembrance. Through this awakening, she began to see that the same principles of leadership and innovation that shaped thriving organizations also exist within the architecture of the soul.
