About Kimberly Bingham

For much of my career, I worked at the leading edge of human development inside complex organizations, designing leadership systems and advising executives. What became clear is this: lasting transformation does not come from effort, insight, or behavior change alone. It comes from updating the internal architecture that governs perception, decision-making, and capacity.

Before founding Intuitive Akashic Healing, I served as Director of Technical Leadership Development at Micron Technology and Global Learning & Development Manager at Intel Corporation, where I built enterprise leadership programs and supported thousands of engineers and innovators in translating vision into execution. Combined with my academic training in Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapy (M.S., California State University, Sacramento), this work shaped how I understand transformation: as a shift in the underlying systems that govern perception and choice.

Despite outward success, I reached a point of profound inner depletion. Stepping away into a rigorous process of healing, I recognized that the same principles shaping healthy organizations also govern the architecture of the soul.

Today, as a Certified Akashic Consultant and Reiki Practitioner, I integrate decades of leadership mastery with energetic intelligence to promote holistic wellness. Through my work with the Akashic Records, I help clients identify unseen patterning, dissolve energetic constraints, and realign with the trajectory they are meant to live. My strength lies in seeing the whole system, bridging structure and spirit so that insight becomes embodiment and knowledge transforms into lived wisdom.
