My Healing Journey

Before fully stepping into this work, I spent two decades in corporate tech driving global learning and development initiatives and technical leadership development programs. On the surface, it appeared as though I was thriving but underneath, I was disconnected, depleted, and overextended. Like many of us, I had given so much of myself away. I tied my worth to my output and silenced my needs. Eventually, I knew I had to choose differently.

Detaching from that world and from relationships, roles, and substances that no longer aligned with me was one of the hardest and most empowering decisions I’ve ever made. In doing so, I’ve been able to heal and reclaim myself through creating boundaries rooted in self-love.

In the past, my work focused on guiding individuals through transformative learning experiences. Today, that focus has simply expanded to include soul-level insight and energetic healing through the Akashic Records
